- Design and manage compensation structures and conduct salary benchmarking using market data and compensation surveys.
- Monitor and analyze compensation trends, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.
- Support the annual performance review and salary review processes, including coordination and data analysis.
- Design, implement, and oversee employee benefits programs in line with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of all employee compensation and benefits.
Employee Relations
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and legally compliant resolutions.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure HR policies and practices align with applicable labor laws.
- Mediate disputes and coach managers on best practices in people management and employee engagement.
HR Compliance & Records
- Oversee and maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Verify employee qualifications and ensure documentation meets organizational and regulatory standards.
