Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive personnel development guidelines and principles to optimize work efficiency and effectiveness.

Design and execute a robust performance management system to assess employee performance and identify development opportunities.

Cultivate and promote a strong organizational culture aligned with MedPark Hospital's values through employee behavior development initiatives.

Conduct annual Employee Engagement Surveys to measure employee satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans.

Define and develop guidelines and principles for organizing training and personnel development to enhance work capabilities for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyze employee data and performance metrics to identify trends and inform organizational development strategies.

Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Organizational Development.

Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Thai.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experience in the healthcare industry would be advantageous.

Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
