- Provide pre-arrangement services such as making appointments, providing general inquiries and Physicians’ schedules to our customers via call Line Official Facebook Messenger and email including the hospital website log into Hospital Information (HIS) System including setting up Telemedicine: MS Team Meeting.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and staff of the various departments to gather information and reply back to customers to fulfill customers’ requirements.
- Liaise with doctors, nurses and staff of the various departments to provide necessary medical treatment to customers in advance.
- Reply customers with comprehensive message and accuracy with timeliness.
- Complete Lead Data in the system based on the provided criteria.
Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in contact center would be advantageous.
- Experience in using either Telephony system, Contact Center system or CRM system.
- Good command of English communication skills especially speaking, listening and writing.
- Proficient typist and computer skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
- Able to work in shifts and on weekends.
