Responsibilities
  • Welcome, greet, and provide service with a traditional Thai "wai" gesture.
  • Provide efficient and prompt service to both internal and external customers.
  • Capable of and responsible for patient registration, including:

    • Providing accurate and efficient registration services for new and returning patients.

    • Accurately updating patient personal information in accordance with hospital policy.

    • Able to perform initial symptom screening and accurately refer patients to specialists.

    • Possessing knowledge and understanding of medical terminology.

    • Ensuring patient convenience and providing accurate information regarding registration.

  • Effectively coordinate and communicate both within and outside the department.

  • Possess knowledge of various insurance cards and be able to perform initial eligibility checks for patients in the system.

  • Have knowledge of insurance company claim forms and be able to prepare necessary documents accurately for patients.

  • Proficient in using the HIS (Hospital Information System) for registration and inpatient admission tasks, and able to follow procedures correctly.

  • Able to utilize system functions efficiently.

  • Participate in training as required by the hospital.

  • Participate in departmental training.

  • Actively participate in staff meetings and various departmental activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Have at least 2 years experience preferably with hospital or hotel environment
  • Able to use Microsoft office or familiar with computer system
  • Have knowledge and understanding of medical terminology would be advantageous
  • Service minded, highly responsible, a team player and willing to learn new things 
  • Good command of English communications 
  • Able to work shifts
