Pediatric Sleep Test Packages

Loud snoring in children may impact brain development.

Assess your child’s sleep quality today for healthy growth and development.

Quality Sleep is Essential to Your Child’s Health and Development

Healthy sleep is fundamental to a child’s physical health, brain development, and overall well-being. When sleep quality is compromised, children may face an increased risk of a range of health and learning challenges, including:

  • Obstructive sleep apnea
  • Attention deficit
  • Excessive daytime sleepiness
  • Nightmares, frequent awakenings, or night terrors

Warning Signs That Your Child May Have Sleep Problems

  • Regular snoring
  • Mouth breathing or grasping for air during sleep
  • Interrupted breathing while asleep
  • Feeling unrefreshed despite adequate sleeping hours

If your child shows warning signs or abnormal sleep-related symptoms, a sleep test is the most effective way to evaluate sleep health concerns. Our doctors and sleep technologists conduct a comprehensive assessment, including:

  • Evaluation of breathing patterns and respiratory function during sleep
  • Assessment of snoring, frequent arousals, night terrors, or fragmented sleep
  • Identification of sleep-disruption factors that may affect your child’s attention and development

This assessment informs a personalized treatment plan that promotes healthy, restorative sleep and supports your child's uninterrupted development.
