Post–COVID-19 Test Instructions (Click here)

  1. Wear a medical face mask that fully covers your nose and mouth at all times.
  2. To remove a face mask, hold both ear loops, then take off the mask without touching the outer surface.
  3. Change the face mask daily or when it becomes wet or contaminated by nasal discharge or saliva.
  4. Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
  5. Maintain a distance of 1–2 meters from others and avoid unnecessary contact with surfaces in buildings or public places.
  6. Travel by private vehicle and always wear a face mask.
  7. When using public transportation, such as a taxi or mass transit system, wear a face mask, use alcohol-based hand sanitizer before boarding and after disembarking. Avoid talking, drinking, or eating in the vehicle.
  8. Keep a distance of approximately 1–2 meters from other household members. Stay in a separate room; if possible, use a separate bedroom and bathroom.
  9. Household members or close contacts should also wear a medical face mask.
  10. Avoid sharing personal items such as dishes, bowls, glasses, towels, or bedding, and refrain from dining together.
  11. Regularly clean frequently touched surfaces and living areas, including doorknobs, beds, tables, personal items, and bathrooms. Use a disinfectant prepared by mixing 20 mL (approximately four measuring teaspoons) of 5% sodium hypochlorite (bleach) with 1 liter (approximately 4 cups) of water. Always wear a face mask when preparing the disinfectant. Clean the bathroom once a day.
  12. Wash clothes, bed linens, and towels with regular soap or detergent and water, or use a washing machine with hot water at a temperature of 60–90°C.
  13. Dispose of waste properly by securely tying garbage bags before disposal. Wash your hands with soap and water afterward.
  14. Closely monitor household members for symptoms. If symptoms such as fever (≥37.5°C), cough, runny nose, sore throat, difficulty breathing, loss of smell, or loss of taste occur within 14 days after exposure to a COVID-19 patient, seek medical care promptly and inform the medical personnel of the exposure history. Wear a face mask when visiting the screening area. And please make an appointment in advance.
