The price is for outpatient service.
The price cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, or a third-party payer such as an insurance or contract company.
The ophthalmologist will determine the suitability of the package for each patient.
The price is valid for Thai nationals and expatriates residing in Thailand.
This package requires a 50% deposit for custom lens production. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
