MedPark Hospital is seeking a talented Campaign & Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting engaging marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, patient engagement, and ultimately, revenue growth for our esteemed hospital.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams and clinical departments to define campaign goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs) across online and offline channels.
  • Develop innovative and results-oriented marketing campaigns aligned with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.
  • Manage all aspects of campaign logistics, from content creation and graphic design to media selection and execution, ensuring timely and successful launches.
  • Leverage a diverse range of marketing channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to effectively reach target audiences and maximize campaign impact.
  • Plan and organize various events, including community outreach programs and revenue-generating initiatives. Develop detailed event plans outlining objectives, target audience, logistics, budget, and timeline.
  • Oversee event execution, ensuring seamless operation from setup to completion.
  • Develop compelling marketing materials and promotional campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
  • Analyze event data and campaign metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing teams, hospital staff, community partners, and media outlets.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while ensuring adherence to organizational objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Marketing Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or event management, with a proven track record of success in developing and implementing impactful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Thai and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data to optimize campaigns and events.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and manage complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse team of stakeholders.
