Responsibilities

   As the Performance Digital Sales and Conversion Specialist, you will play a role in driving our online conversion strategies to maximize lead generation, enhance email marketing effectiveness, and create personalized content for diverse segments. You will also be responsible for developing partnerships and collaborations to expand our online sales revenue opportunities.

  1. Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across various digital channels such as search, social media, and content marketing to consistently drive quality leads.
  2. Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  3. Personalization Strategy: Create and manage a personalization strategy that tailors content, offers, and experiences to different customer segments, enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.
  4. Data Analysis: Utilize data-driven insights to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for improved results.
  5. Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify and negotiate partnerships and collaborations with relevant organizations, and platforms to expand our reach and increase opportunities for online sales revenue.
  6. Conversion Rate Optimization: Optimize techniques to enhance website and landing page performance, driving higher conversion rates.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and conversion.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
