Responsibilities
  • Responsible for helping patients, relative of patients, individual customers and both internal customers and external customers gain access to medical treatment facilities by using nursing knowledge, to provide the comprehensive and accurate information for pre-arrangement services.
  • Be a consultant to patients for medical enquiries and schedule appointments; include a consultant for non-clinical team members; supervise and train medical terminology to team members. 
  • Reviewing medical reports and coordinating with physicians to complete patients’ needs and expectations to hospital medical treatments by liaising with physicians, nurses, and interdepartmental staff.
  • Be a consultant and a coach to Patient Access Management Team Responsible to provide comprehensive and accurate information to patients, general customers, and patients’ relatives by using nursing knowledge.
  • Make appointments both calls and emails including other channels which are provided by MedPark hospital.
  • Liaise with Physicians, Nurses, and related departments to gather the necessary information for patients and customers to continue treatments with MedPark hospital
  • Be a consultant and a trainer to non-clinical staffs and collaborate with the line of command to develop the unit training courses within department
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
  • Holds a professional nursing Thai license.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years' experience in contact center nurse role would be advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer skills in hospital information systems, Microsoft Office including contact center system and CRM system would be advantageous.
  • Good command of English communication skills; speaking, listening and writing.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
