Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-arrangement services.
  • Make appointments and provide general hospital services including inform hospital promotions to individual patients and relatives, internal and external customers.
  • Liaise with physicians, nurses, and interdepartmental staff to provide comprehensive and accurate response within determined timeframe.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in contact center would be advantageous.
  • Experience in using either Telephony system, Contact Center system or CRM system.
  • Good command of English communication skills especially speaking, listening and writing.
  • Proficient typist and computer skills.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Able to work in shifts and on weekends.
