Responsibilities

·         Grow MedPark’s revenue from corporate patients.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and needs related to their employee health programs.

·         Identify, pursue, and close new corporate accounts, focusing on businesses that align with the hospital's target market and service offerings.

·         Negotiate and manage contracts with corporate clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

·         Oversee the planning, execution, and administration of annual employee health checkup programs for corporate clients.

·         Manage the day-to-day operations of corporate checkup activities, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for corporate clients.

·         Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports on employee health results and population health metrics to corporate clients' HR departments.

·         Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing client needs, resolving issues promptly, and fostering strong relationships.

·         Lead and mentor a team of business development executives, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets and objectives.

·         Collaborate with insurance team to acquire corporate patients with group insurance benefits.

Qualifications

·         Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

·         Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably in healthcare.

·         Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the areas of preventive care and employee health programs.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills.

·         Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
