The Corporate Contract & Business Alliance Officer at MedPark Hospital is responsible for initiating and managing contract discussions with corporate clients. This role involves presenting and promoting annual employee health check-up services, pre-employment medical examinations, employee healthcare visits, and annual vaccination services to corporate organizations. Additionally, the officer will develop sales and promotional plans, coordinate physician promotion and healthcare activities, and stimulate patient referrals, especially among executive-level individuals.

Job activities are:

Open contracts with corporate clients to encourage their employees to seek medical treatment at MedPark Hospital.
Present and promote annual employee health check-up services, pre-employment medical examinations, and employee healthcare visits, including offering annual vaccination services.
Develop sales plans and promotional strategies within the assigned market group.
Plan physician promotion and healthcare activities at the organizational level to stimulate patient referrals, particularly among executive-level individuals.
Encourage repeat service usage and expansion into other hospital services, while also preventing customers from switching to competing hospitals.
Coordinate with relevant departments to oversee patient referrals from initial contact to completion.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in sales.
Experience in packaging check-up services, understanding cost structure, and pricing.
Ability to plan activities and coordinate both internally and externally.
Knowledge and understanding of hospital business operations.
Proficiency in both Thai and English languages, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel - Advanced, PowerPoint).
