- Managing risk and handling complaints, serving as a consultant, coordinating problem-solving, gathering data, and forwarding it to relevant parties for resolution and service improvement.
- Analyzing workloads, assessing capabilities, adjusting plans to increase/decrease capacity to match current workload demands.
- Managing and overseeing the utilization of resources, medical supplies, and equipment used in service delivery to ensure adequacy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, in alignment with hospital operations.
- Controlling, overseeing, and inspecting units to ensure service quality meets professional standards.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, collaborating on developing prevention measures, and continuously enhancing risk management systems.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in nursing and at least 2 years in management.
- Holds a professional nursing and midwifery license.
