Responsibilities
  • Managing risk and handling complaints, serving as a consultant, coordinating problem-solving, gathering data, and forwarding it to relevant parties for resolution and service improvement.
  • Analyzing workloads, assessing capabilities, adjusting plans to increase/decrease capacity to match current workload demands.
  • Managing and overseeing the utilization of resources, medical supplies, and equipment used in service delivery to ensure adequacy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, in alignment with hospital operations.
  • Controlling, overseeing, and inspecting units to ensure service quality meets professional standards.
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives, collaborating on developing prevention measures, and continuously enhancing risk management systems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in nursing and at least 2 years in management.
  • Holds a professional nursing and midwifery license.
  • Available to do shift work.
  • Ability to work in a team with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Honest and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
