MedPark Hospital is seeking an experienced and passionate ICU Manager to lead our Intensive Care Unit team. This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, workforce management, patient safety, quality improvement initiatives, and nursing excellence to ensure the highest standards of critical care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall ICU operations to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with hospital goals and nursing excellence standards.
  • Manage staffing plans, workforce utilization, and succession planning to support operational requirements.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and risk management activities.
  • Monitor and analyze nursing quality indicators, patient outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and enhance service excellence.
  • Lead employee engagement, performance management, coaching, and professional development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, nursing regulations, and professional ethics.
  • Manage departmental resources and budgets effectively.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, teamwork, and accountability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing, Nursing Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Certification in Critical Care Nursing or related specialty is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a hospital setting.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in ICU, Critical Care, or related specialty units.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing administration, patient safety, quality management, and hospital accreditation standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
  • Good command of English communication.
