Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and liaise with international clients, healthcare providers, and partners to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Assist with the planning and execution of international marketing and business development initiatives

  • Provide administrative support for international patient inquiries, bookings, and related processes

  • Help maintain and update the hospital's international operations database and records

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to enhance international operations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any operational challenges

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of international services and processes

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or international business sector

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

  • Proficiency in English and Thai, with the ability to communicate fluently in both languages

  • Proficiency in other languages will be advantage

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail

  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry and regulations, as well as international business practices

  • Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to problem-solving
