- Prepare, review, draft, comment, revise and negotiate agreements / contracts including legal documents both in Thai and English.
- Keep up to date with new legislations and provide advice and guideline to the company to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate tasks with internal and external legal advisors to support various business functions.
- Participate in identification, development and implementation of new contract management/ legal policies and processes.
- Ensure proper communicate and provide legal/contract assistance with internal and external stakeholders.

- Summarize and research on newly enacted laws and regulations.
- Support teams on projects or initiatives as require.
Responsibilities Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Laws or related fields
Experience. - At least 8 years experience in drafting and reviewing contracts/agreements (in both Thai and English).
- Having experience in hospital is preferable.
- Good knowledge in Law, Business Law, Civil and Commercial Code and Labor Law.
- Ability to multi-task; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good analytical skill and high commercial sense.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, management and drafting skills with a high level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proactive and service-minded; ability to work independently.
- Good in spoken and written both Thai- English.
- High attention to detail.
