Responsibilities

Provides services for retrieving and storing outpatient and inpatient medical records, as well as checking the quantity and quality of those records.

Responsible for managing the hospital's medical records services, ensuring that all records are accurate, complete, timely, and satisfactory to service recipients. Maintains medical record histories properly, completely, and promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the storage and provision of medical records according to hospital policy

  • Conduct quality checks of medical record documents

  • Prepare hospital reports and statistics

  • Oversee the system for providing copies of patient medical records

  • Prepare medical certificates

  • Ensure that all medical records are complete and meet required standards

  • Handle the issuance of birth and death certificates

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in General Management, Health Information Management, or a related field

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic to intermediate statistical analysis

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), with a TOEIC score of 600 or above
