“Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2022”
for two consecutive years.
Bangkok – MedPark Hospital won the prestigious “Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2022,” Silver Award in the “Creativity and Innovation Award” category from Muang Thai Life Assurance Company Limited. Maiyadhaj Samsen, M.D, Chief Operating Officer of MedPark Hospital, accepted the award from Dr. Suthiphon Thaveechaiyagarn, Secretary-General of the Insurance Regulatory Commission (OIC) and the event honorary president, at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok on June 20, 2023.
The Creativity and Innovation Award recognizes the initiative, embracement, and adoption of innovation by applying specific criteria to select from the list of contract companies or hospitals which continuously develop innovative processes and implement unique, novel service innovations to cut complexity, increase convenience, and maximize the benefits to the healthcare customers. In addition, companies or hospitals must be well prepared to adapt to changes commensurate with today’s lifestyle. The award committee considers the scores in these spaces and from the customer satisfaction surveys regarding the innovative measures implemented in the hospitals.
