IVF/ICSI Package (In Vitro Fertilization/Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) is advance method of fertilization using laboratory procedure where a single strong sperm is injected directly into each egg. This yields satisfactory fertilization results.
Package includes
- Professional fee of an OB/GYN doctor specializing in infertility, nursing, and hospital service fees for the stipulated number of visits.
- Related standard medical supplies and equipment used for the procedure.
- Blood tests in performing the steps of the package
- Ultrasounds to monitor the growth of ovarian follicles
- Up to 3,000 units of ovulation induction drugs
- Ovum pickup (OPU)
- ICSI and embryo culture
- Endometrium preparation for embryo transfer
- Embryo transfer into the uterus (1 time)
- 2-week pregnancy sustaining hormones
Package excludes
- Medical consultation fee, follow-up, and blood tests before signing up for the package
- EmbryoScope fee
- Preimplantation genetic testing (PGT)
- Embryo cryopreservation service
Terms and conditions
- The applicability of the package for a patient depends on doctor's discretion.
- Excludes medications or expenses from additional diagnostic investigations prescribed by a doctor.
- Other discounting privileges or promotional offers do not apply to this package.
- The price is valid only for Thai nationals and expatriates residing in Thailand.
- The package items cannot be changed or exchanged for cash under all circumstances.
- This package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers or a third-party payer such as an insurance company or contract company.
- The hospital reserves the right to refund any pending amounts if the patient cannot complete the whole treatment cycle.
