Children eye examination is to diagnose eye abnormalities and risks which can hinder children's visual development. If eye problems are not detected at the early stage, they can lead to permanent visual problems.
Pediatric ophthalmologist recommends an eye examination to all children aged 4-14 although they do not experience any visual difficulties. A visual screening is suggested for every 1-2 years.
