- This promotional price includes a medical evaluation and excluding doctor fees and special operative procedures other than specified in the package.
- The price does not include doctor consultations before the package.
- For your convenience, please make an appointment before receiving the service.
- In case of pregnancy or suspecting pregnancy, it is advised to consult with the doctor before undergoing the test.
- If the patient has an implanted medical device in the body, such as a cardiac pacemaker, prosthetic heart valve, stent, metal, or other electronic devices in any part of the body. The patient should consult with the doctor before undergoing the examination.
- Please do not consume any food or drink (except water) 8 hours before undergoing the test.
- The price does not include any other expenses other than those specified in the package. (It also excludes additional fees if there has been any detection of any abnormality that requires further diagnosis).
- The items in the Stroke Risk Package cannot be changed.
- MedPark Hospital reserves the right to charge the full price as stated in the package, should the client refuses or decide not to receive the service of one or another item in the package.
- The price does not include doctor fees for additional diagnoses other than the package.
- The price cannot be used in combinations with other promotional campaigns.
- The price is exclusive of medication fees or any other fees if the doctor recommends additional examination after detecting any abnormality.
- The price does not include the fees in IPD, nurse service fees, medicine, or other medical supplies.
