Terms & Conditions
- Doctors or registered nurses will administer the vaccination at MedPark Hospital. Vaccination at home or other medical centers is not allowed.
- The vaccination must be completed within the specified timeframe. If necessary, it can be postponed 1 month beyond the last scheduled date.
- The package is non-transferable.
- The price is valid for Thai nationals and expatriates residing in Thailand only.
