Terms and conditions

1. The prices include nursing and hospital service fees.
2. The prices exclude a cardiologist’s consultation before the package. (Except for echocardiogram and coronary artery calcium scoring which includes the cardiologist’s consultation fee.)
3. Dobutamine Stress Echocardiogram- Refrain from eating and drinking (except water) 4 hours before the procedure.
4. The prices exclude medications and additional expenses if any abnormalities are detected and further diagnosis is required.
5. If you have a preexisting condition or you are taking medications, please inform the doctor and healthcare professionals before the exams.
6. No report booklet is provided for Healthy Heart Programs.
7. The prices cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or a third-party payer such as a contract company or insurance company.
8. The prices are valid for Thai nationals or expatriates residing in Thailand only.
9. No refunds under any circumstances.
