MedPark Hospital Receives the Creativity Gold Award
On 21 September 2022, MedPark Hospital was honored with the Creativity Gold Award at the 6th Muang Thai Life Assurance Hospital Awards 2021, an event organized by Muang Thai Life Assurance to recognize outstanding healthcare partners in the private health insurance sector. The award highlights hospitals that deliver exceptional service quality and are distinguished for their excellence in patient care. Hospitals from both the public and private sectors throughout the country participated in this year’s program.
Competing in the large hospital category (200 beds or more), MedPark Hospital received the Creativity Gold Award for two exemplary innovation projects: Brachytherapy for Prostatic Cancer and the Smart Cane for Parkinsonism. This award honors hospitals that demonstrate continuous creative thinking and introduce novel, differentiated approaches that provide meaningful benefits to patients.
NielsenIQ conducted customer satisfaction evaluations, and the judging panel comprised an independent committee of board members of Muang Thai Life Assurance, former directors of the Healthcare Accreditation Institute (HAI), former Chiefs of the Royal Thai Army Medical Department, and other eminent experts. The Honorary Chair of the judging committee was the Secretary-General of the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC).
