In this role, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent across all areas of our hospital. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a robust candidate pipeline, and aligning manpower planning with the organization's needs.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with department heads to understand current and future staffing needs, ensuring manpower planning is aligned with the hospital's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates for open positions, building a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring all procedures comply with employment laws and company regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment, implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent.
• Analyze hiring data, including unsuccessful hiring ratios, to identify root causes and develop solutions for improvement.
• Conduct initial verification of all candidate documents and perform reference checks as needed.
• Develop and manage effective sourcing strategies for vacant positions, identifying the best resources to target ideal candidate.
• Build and maintain a dynamic candidate database (active/inactive) for future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to shortlist and develop a strong candidate pipeline.
• Represent MedPark Hospital at career fairs and other recruitment events, building and maintaining positive relationships with external parties.
